Daniel Ferrari & Co., P.C.'s accounting and auditing services are best suited to the needs of the automotive industry and small up and coming companies. The type of financial statement service you require generally depends on who will use and rely on your financial information. This is why we offer three levels of service for your individual needs. These services are audit, review, and compilation.

Audit
Our audits offer you the highest degree of assurance regarding your financial statements. We carefully examine the Company's financial statements in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and express an opinion on them as to whether those statements are fairly presented in conformity with general accepted accounting principles.
Review
Our reviews provide you with a limited degree of assurance regarding your financial statements because rigorous audit procedures are not applied. During a review, we make inquiries relating to the Company's financial statements and apply analytical procedures designed to identify unusual items that may need explanation.
Compilation
Compilations do not carry any degree of assurance but are acceptable for certain purposes. They involve gathering your Company's financial data and presenting it in financial statement format. Therefore, we familiarize ourselves with your industry and acquire a general understanding of your Company's transactions. Once completed, we review the financial statements for any obvious misstatements.
Other Accounting Services
In addition to audit, review and compilation services, we offer compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and payroll tax returns for clients without in house capability.
